Design Services: A quote for services will be provided at the start of a project. Upon approval of quote, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. After final approval of designs or conclusion of project, remaining services fees are due. If you're not happy with your design, we'll work with your feedback and try again. If you still don't receive a design you love, we'll terminate the contract, with no additional funds required.  

Custom Creations: Your satisfaction is key for custom creations. We will work with you to ensure that your custom creation will meet your expectations. All custom creations are final sale, no refunds. If you are not satisfied with your custom creation, you have 14 days after receipt to request changes or adjustments.   

Inventory Merchandise: There is a 14 day return/refund policy on unused merchandise. Items that have been used or damaged are not eligible for full refund. Shipping and restocking fees may apply.
